By accessing and using pepstarlabs.com and placing orders through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products

All products sold by Pepstar are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. By purchasing from Pepstar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an invoice via email through Square. Payment is due within 3 days of invoice receipt. We accept credit cards and Cash App Pay. For local pickup orders, cash payment is also available. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS from our location in Yukon, Oklahoma. Free shipping is available on orders over $200. Delivery times vary by location. Pepstar is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at 1785 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, OK 73099 (inside Jumptronics Phone Rescue). Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed Sunday. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Pepstar regarding your order status, including pickup-ready notifications.

Program Name: Pepstar Order Notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 1-3 messages per order.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pepstarlabs@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Pepstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
